You just don't want to go on Senior Day can't remember what day that is at the moment , because the line is out the door. I think senior day is Monday. We also go to Seasons each trip, usually for brunch. We've also tried the steak dinner night, which was ok.
I prefer brunch. They don't have a huge selection, but what they have is very good. My husband loves their salad bar and their prime rib is really good. They usually have chocolate covered strawberries too! The Silverton buffet is a must-do for me as well. I always go on Saturday for steak, seafood and wine night. They have both hot and cold crab legs, shrimp, mussels, a variety of fish, sushi, prime rib, steak, wine and all the usual other buffet stuff.
The crab legs are not king crab, they are snow crab, but they are very good. The expensive buffets are a little better, but they are much more expensive.
Their aquarium is great too. On the regular dinner buffet, they have crab clusters, not the entire legs but that part that is above the legs. They either deep fry them or boil them and they require some work but the meat really tastes great, certainly more flavor than the legs meat. I saw this older Asia gentleman with a pile of them and that was all he had on the plate. He worked then and worked them I went and got me a batch and that's how I found out about them. I agree that it's a good buffet at a good price, if you have a car.
I don't think there was an AGC coupon for the Silverton in But, in previous years I always used the coupon and really enjoyed it, especially the crabs and clams. They often have promos going separately from the AGC coupon. It was on page according to the listing Well we went to the Silverton Buffet on August It was seafood night.

Silverton has a 2for1 promotion in August on specialty nights and the line was quite long - which is understandable. What was not as understandable is how slow moving it was. We waited in line for over 2 hours to get in, and when we got into the restaurant we found out why. They buffet was majorly understaffed. When we thought we were getting a finally open table, we found dozens of tables that were either not cleared or without place settings.
The staff that was on hand were running around crazily trying to help their customers, but were overwhelmed. With proper staffing levels this buffet could have accomodated twice the number of people seated - which of course led to the long slow moving line. The food was adequate, not great but OK.
