Our room was exceptional! The bedding felt like that found in a luxury hotel. Breakfast was also wonderful! Best of the trip. Huge thank you to Leigh and Mike for making our stay so enjoyable! In fact our stay was so great that we felt really badly for taking one of their dogs home with us!

What a great way to get to know New Zealand!! Lovely, cozy and comfortable room with great facilities for a family with a baby! Had a great time in their spa but nothing was better than the warm reception from the hosts. They were very kind and helpful with any sort of queries we had. I will definitely go back there in the future and would recommend anyone I know who is going to Rotorua.

The Millennium Hotel in Rotorua had fantastic staff The best hotel my husband and I had ever stayed in. Thank you so much Millennium Hotel Rotorua for your outstanding service and the presentation of the rooms plus dining magnificent. Very neat and clean. Staff very courteous. Went out of their way to sort out booking issues for my friends and their family who had decided to join us in the last minute. It's located a little away from the city centre but doesn't really matter considering Rotorua is a small town.

Location is good as the view is perfect and the house is close to the city centre. The room, also clean, even cleaner than 4. Tasty meals and kind and caring Mater and Madam. We stayed at distinction over the Christmas period, we were blown away by the lovely staff who go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. It was a fantastic hotel for a family with great facilities, we will definitely be back! We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment which we found very spacious for a family of 5. The hotel is also in a great location, close to supermarkets and skyline attractions. The beds are super comfy and the main spa pool was nice and warm.

It was warm and cosy and clean. It was just right for me and my little family. Location was awesome. Plunge pool was awesome for after long day watching sports.
The price was cheap. Thank you Midway for the awesome hospitality. The hotel couple that were managing at the time. Dylan and partner. Beautiful people and very accommodating. They were in the throws of trying to renovate the place on a limited budget. They were so lovely! I loved the fact that unlike so called five star hotels, this motel had every sky channel.
They didn't just give one movie channel. Manager is a lovely friendly man. Plenty of parking space. The best motel we've stayed in New Zealand. Very stylish and comfortable.
