Quality of Facilities 0 7. Value for money 0 8. There were three of us. Two had the same therapist she was amazing. Unfortunately the other person was very disappointed with her experience with the other therapist. Not impressed with the staff on reception in the Spa. Not at all professional. Place needs updating and filthy plug holes around indoor pool. Looks unkept. Garden needs a good weeding not an attractive sight outside the pool area. The relaxation room is hopeless as the beds are so low that it is hard to get out of them.
Lift not working , my poor mother had a marathon walk from the car park this is NOT noted anywhere that if you have a disability it is a long walk down corridors. Jacuzzi not working. The whole experience for the day was a bit of a disaster. The treatments were excellent.
Excellent, staff were great and very accommodating first class will definitely be coming back. A first class and enjoyable experience. So worth money we did winter spa offer, lovely place, enjoyed gym and my back massage and facial was wonderful!! Only thing we didn't know you don't get dressing gown and slippers until book in room and couldn't get into room until 3pm when treatments 11am, noone showed or told us but apart from that brilliant time thank you.
Unfortunately I had a accident at the beginning of the day due to a broken chair which did somewhat spoil the occasion but the staff were concerned and helpful. It was my daughters first spa day and she loved it. Friendly welcome from the spa reception. Small gym with a good range of equipment and weights.
