Perhaps the problem is that our flight from Pittsburgh to Rome was on Canadian Air and they set the bar high in terms of comfort and service. Pros: It really miss timed, not like was expected!! Bad taming for take off was really as I expected , thankx good I was there to early!!! Cons: The flight was delayed three times and being stuck in this outdated airplane for almost an almost 4 hour delay was not great. The seats are completely uncomfortable.
Cons: Check-in was a nightmare. Lines had no definition as to what they were for. Staff was useless!!! Terminals didn't work, staff at check in could care less about your frustration. Seating is uncomfortable! Crew was unfriendly and aloof. Served One drink, no snacks on a three hour flight and dint pick up trash for 1. Departure delayed and sat on tarmac for about 45 minutes. I hate this airline and will avoid any future trips. Pros: American Airlines seemed to have upgraded their airplanes. The seats, which were abominable in the past, were comfortable.
They also had in cabin movies. I used to prefer Jet Blue or any other airline, just taking AA for the price. Now, if all the airplanes are updated, they are on par with any airline. Cons: The food could have been better. For a flight over 4 hours they only provided a sandwich and cookies. Also no entertainment!

Pros: The crew was nice and attentive, the seats were ample and the air quality was great a deodorizer wouldnt hurt. Cons: That the flight and boarding was on time and if there was a delay that they communicate with the passengers not just have us up thinking not knowing what the delay is for. Also our luggages took over an hour to get the whole experience here was ridiculous. Not happy at all. Cons: We ran 5 minutes late and were not allowed to board our flight because there was NO ONE at the ticket counter to check us in Pros: It was impossible to speak to anyone before the 24 hour cancellation period ends.
Cons: Have people try to help instead just telling them to call later or call the airline. Cons: the overcharged me for a mistake in the name, so insulting. They changed departure time. At the first time when I showed up at my gate 17A , 50 minutes before the departure there was a lot of people waiting for flight to Hermosillo , not the Cancun.

Cons: Entertainment: poor selection of museums c and movies. Aeromexico should adopt the very good entertainment selection on Delta. I did love the documentary La Maleta Mexicana. Pros: The crew were absolutely amazing. They offered to tag my carry on free of charge as baggage. No issues whatsoever with stroller or car seat.
Very friendly staff. Cons: The plane itself was uncomfortable and would prefer complimentary snack or beverages. Cons: This is the second American Airlines flight we have had in less than two months where there was an issue with the plane and multiple delays lasting hours. Will not be flying American Airlines again. Cons: You could have been on time. You could be accountable. Pros: The crew serving the plane didn't look like they wanted to be there.

If you want to provide a better customer experience, equip all your planes with seats video screens. Passengers on a 4 to 5 hours flight don't want to have to figure out what do to watch a movie or TV. I don't fly American that often, but wanted to give it a try to see the difference between you and the other airlines. Cons: Newark airport security was awful. Only one X-ray security area. Small tight area.

Cons: Honestly, it's definitely not the best airline and if the price difference for another airline is maybe a bit more, it will be well worth it to go the other route but this airline gets the job done with absolute zero amenities and poor comfort besides taking you from point A to point B.
Cons: Almost no leg room, no entertainment other than the radio, food was pretty bad and my bag got broken and ruined. Cons: Fright was cancelled and instead of putting my wife on m next flight they put her on previous flight.
