Customer service could not help either. So I have switched back to TaxAct. They charge reasonable rates, and they do not try to rip you off with bogus discounts.
TaxAct imports are not quite as good as Turbotax, but the 15 extra minutes it takes me to do some extra manual entry is not worth the ridiculous premium that Turbotax charges.
