She cannot get a signal at all indoors and even the outdoor signal comes and goes. As we had not had the service for 30 days we tried to cancel the contracts. Apparently we missed out by 2 days because BT said our service started on the day we received the Sims not on the day we stated using them! After various calls to overseas call centres we spoke to their call centre in Wales. They were pretty unsympathetic saying they would need evidence re previous calls no trust and it would need to be referred up the ladder for a decision.
We are still waiting for final outcome but the guy did say that we probably would not manage to get out the contract despite the fact that we cant use 1 of the sims. I've been with BT for phones broadband TV etc for over 30 years. Loyalty means nothing to this company. I will transfer my services to another provider at the first opportunity and strongly recommend others do the same. Emailed and phoned to see if phone I wanted was Wi-fi call enabled. Both times told yes. Complaints useless.
Returning phone and cancelling order. No account taken of amount of time used to get physical ne and set it up. Signed up with BT mobile February after foolishly leaving O2. BT stating the issue was with my iPhone! Ended my contract after 7 months. Despite having contacted BT to communicate to them, the issues over the 7 months, they had the audacity to charge me 40 quid to leave them.

Since returning to o2 the issues no longer exist. BT telephone operatives are very friendly and helpful, but are failed by the business ethos of the company, BT. Big mistake, absolutely no coverage in my home. Phone rings and as I answer immediately cuts off. After a week of this I decide to cancel. So difficult to find out where to call as website sends you round in circles.
Get through and cancel within 30 day guarantee period and decide to go back to O2.

Get cancellation email confirming no charge as within guaranteed 30 day cancellation period. Phoned BT again and apparently they may charge this even though I'm in the 30 at guarantee period.
They may charge me but I can call again for a refund. What a rubbish service. I had put in a complaint and promised a priority call the next day. Obviously this did not happen.

Still waiting Absolutely rubbish, so glad I have switched back to O2. I was on the phone for ages, she wanted to know everything! I was only calling to see what price they would charge for 5gb. She put me on hold, got fed up in the end and hung up, now with VOXI and have been getting on much better. I echo all the 1 Star comments on here. Absolutely appalling service. Continually shouting down the phone "Hello, can you hear me"! Do not touch them with a barge pole.
I told them the coverage was crap and I wanted to leave and go back to Vodaphone, but they have just put continual obstacles in my way. They keep asking me to send endless examples. Get your own back time.
