We should have been warned as it required 4 hours to leave the Barcelona airport, walking away from it 3 miles in the rain. Cons: Once again, the flight was 2 hours late. Frontier had to have known that much sooner and yet they waited until less than two hours from the flight time to send out a notification. This left a completely packed flight crammed at a small gate area A40 for hours. We were also crowded there with those on the delayed flight to Santa Barbara. This happened both to and from Billings and Denver. Cons: Sun Country lost my bag and could not provide any status at the airport when we arrived.
The boarding process was inconvenient; including a shuttle to the tarmac. Plane was dirty upon entering. Entertainment airfi didn't work. Cons: Having neck problems I would love a recess or latch device for electronic devices that are at eye level when looking forward. Cons: Seat material is made my back sweat. Would be better if cloth.

Cons: The charge for bags is astronomical. I paid almost as much for my bags as I did for my whole flight, that's not right. Cons: They hid the baggage fee by excluding it from cost to book flight. I was traveling with 2 other family members and had to pay extra in order to sit together.

It charges for your carry on which is free for all other airlines. And if you miss your flight you have to purchase an entire new ticket for the next available flight. This is the only airline that does that. All other airlines will help you find a next flight out free of charge. Never flying with this airline again.
Cons: I needed wheelchair assist at both ends. In each case I was waiting over 30 min. At the departure end there was a danger of missing the flight so one of the gate staff wheeled me, Amina was amazing. Another long wait at SFO. I spent almost as much time waiting for wheelchairs as I did on the flight! Cons: WiFi did not work for me to watch the on board entertainment, but not a dealbreaker for me. Pros: Always friendly, smiling crew. Nice, clean, planes.

Pros: Crew was friendly and did a good job getting all the people boarded especially with the number of children and those needing assistance. Cons: They seemed unprepared for deplaning even though we spent 30 minutes on the tarmac waiting for our gate to open. Pros: Crew was nice. However the spirit airline attendant at the desk told me to gate check my bag. I stood there waiting for someone to grab my bag for sometime.
So I asked the stewardess and she told me just to bring the bag in and put my carry on in the over head compartment. Cons: However the desk attendant came on the aircraft took my bag out of the overhead compartment. And then left it outside or the plane.

I waited at the airport for until am before I got a confirmation that the back was in fact at Newark still. I had a nursing convention to go to and I had no clothing. So I had to Uber to Walmart than Uber back to my hotel. I paid for the checked bag and there was plenty of space in the over head compartment. She caused me unnecessary stress and an embarrassing morning with my administrators due to my lack of sleep.

Seating was awful. Very uncomfortable because seats don't recline. Cons: Seats need to recline and the cost of luggage was ridiculously expansive. I won't be using this airline again mostsly because of baggage costs. Cons: Paying extra for bags is ridiculous. It needs to be included in the ticket price. Charging extra for a single bag is a deceptive practice. Charging extra for multiple bags is satisfactory.
