The owner Jeff is extremely rude. There is no reason for him to be so offensive. Even if you have to spend a few dollars extra go somewhere else, it's not worth it to be disrespected by such a disgusting man.

Why is the owners so gruff abrasive and aggressive could not even quote a range of prices to an epilepsy victim over the phone will not come here ever again in fact it will do everything in my power to share this information about your owners gruffness. No Deals on Anything here. They used to be good a few years ago, but my last visit was utterly dissapointing. Loyalty means nothing to these guys and there is no room for negotiation. The guy I was speaking to was rude and abrupt "This is the tire you need, take it or leave it" as he put it. Obviously I left it, not goin back there ever again, avoid this place like a plague.
This business does not know anything about customer service. The owner Jeffrey Shuman is very nasty. He acts like he is doing the customer a favor. He refused to give me his last name. Of course anyone can find out a business owner's name. So why hide your name?

I would think 50 times about doing business here. There are better rim deals online or around town. I could not believe how good the rims I bought looked. You cannot tell they are used and it saved my a few hundred dollars at least. Thanks guys for the great job! I am really happy with the quality of tire and service that you supplied me today.
I know I saved money from the other high price corporate tire stores. My tires look great as well. I called around town and you had the best prices I could find for the same tires. I saved money and time because you did a great job getting me in and out.
Keep up the good work. I bought a set a rims today and had them installed and I swear they look brand new, and I didn't have to pay new prices. I am loving the new look! I thought I was going to have to buy a new tire today, but you were able to fix my tire and get me back on the road and save me a few dollars. I really appreciate your honesty and great service.
I found these guys online and they not only had the best price I could find but they had the tires in stock and put them on the same day. Regular Hours Mon - Sat: am - pm Sun: am - pm.

I had Purchased a prepaid oils change service package. I went back today, they made me wait 2 hours 15 min! Long story short, one hour later, everyone who came during that time frame had left, and I am still waiting! And I have a video to prove it. From Arrigo Dodge specifically, we just bought a New limited edition truck with all the bells and whistles, 3 months ago!
After I waited over 2 hours for a miserable oil change!

This dealer just has the very worst customer service! Scratched my rims. Offered to pay for 1 but not the other. Left air intake filter sitting inside my engine. Broke the dip stick to check oil. This absolutely WORST service ever, went and had my Jeep renegade serviced, had a miserable service representative name of Pasquale, I made it very clear my car is over heating and the Reservoir was leaking.
He had no personality and should NOT be in that position. Car stayed for two days, i got it back drive 15 mins and car is burning hot. I called him 7 times and no phone call back as well as Service manager. They are a terrible place to be at. My car is still Not fixed yet. After an initial misunderstanding, Arrigo owner John Arrigo and Service manager Rob both stepped up and have acted honorably and helped to resolve my situation.
I would highly recommend this dealership and will be taking my future business there. I have worked with Jean on multiple purchases and she has always been great! Very knowledgeable.
