A Spanish-style tapas bar, the rooftop is the place to be on a summer's night or cosy up in the downstairs bar. The feast includes a one-litre jug of Black Dog beer accompanied by a half rack of baby rack ribs. Wear dark clothing and prepare to leave with a very full stomach. Two for one cocktails tickle your fancy? Then Library Bar is the spot for you — it's known for serving up delicious cocktails and desserts.

The service was fairly ok, other customers which arrived not long after had to ask the waitress a few times for the catch of the day and voucher questions which would've helped the customers pick the meals quicker. But if the waitress had known of the menu before hand would've helped. Also the dark spot by the windows isn't the most ideal for a dinner. The customers had to use their phone light to look at the menu and while they ate also. The food was good, bit pricey but it's what you expect from a fine dine place.
Would revisit again with friends.

This is a lovely bar, not too busy and a place for professionals not where students hang out! There is a DJ on the weekends with good music. Good amount of staff who keep the bar flowing and clear tables on a regular basis. The chips were crispy and delicious and the Thai salad really good. You can order the full menu at the bar and eat in the bar too on the nice comfortable tables and chairs. A great place to meet friends. This is no ordinary restaurant. Combine the ambience, the friendly waiters and exceptional food, you forget that you are in a restaurant.
