I wish there would have been an option for more primary color balloons to be added, but the mixture of shapes and sizes is visually pleasing. They looked like they were freshly picked that day. Sent me a picture. The mug was a smiley face rather than a piece of cake, but that is all right since most birthday surprises bring a smile. The flowers that were delivered were beautiful - a lovely arrangement of reds and pink carnations with tiny pink flowers on a long stem delivered in a frosted cranberry red vase with a pink bow! I wasn't sure what to expect after a bad experience with another florist who doubled the cost of my order with unexpected additional fees, so I cancelled.
This price was exactly as quoted with no additional hidden charges, there was no restrictions on when and where they delivered and the bouquet was absolutely beautiful. I was very impressed and will definitely use Send Flowers.
