We look forward to seeing you again throughout the season. After visiting Peppa World various times over the last 12 months and always had a great time, I decided to try it alone with my daughter. My daughter fell asleep in her pram and I had absolutely no where to go for a wee without leaving her alone outside the toilet.
Queued for a drink and hotdog from the stand outside Daddy Pigs cafe to be told by 'Lucy' I couldn't have a hot dog as they weren't quite ready yet. She sold one to her friend that was directly in the queue behind me.

When I questioned 'Lucy' why i couldn't have a hot dog but her friend could I was told that that one hot dog just became ready!!? Before leaving the park I visited Guest Services to let them know of the unusual service and experience I had received today, they didn't care and didn't even offer an apology. I will be returning at Christmas as my daughter adores Peppa Pig and as its only here that has Peppa World I'm forced to return but I will next time bring someone along so I go to the toilet, and bring my own food!! Rather disappointing as my first trip alone with my daughter.

Meet and greets with Peppa and George take place twice a day and during peak times can be extremely popular. We advise that guests arrive early if they would like to be positioned near the front of the queue. We can confirm that all members of staff undertake full Customer Service training, which is recognised and mentioned regularly in visitor feedback.

We hope this helps to explain and look forward to welcoming you back this Christmas. Paultons Park has expanded well with it's new dinosaur based park area. Rides are good, but a little short. The park is still very much aimed at families and U14's as it's more thrilling rides do not compete with other UK roller coaster rides.
Definitely a 1 day location. Get there early , park opens at , and go left after entering. Gates through gardens and bird displays will open at 10;00 giving you a direct route to the newer rides. Wasn't very crowded despite summer holidays and we had ridden the 3 new rides within 25 minutes of entering park.

The pool also hosts aquababes sessions for tots, swimming lessons and brings out extra large inflatables during school holidays and weekends. The swimming pool at the Pyramid Centre has large water slides, fountains and a wave machine which will entertain the whole family. Little piglets can also paddle in a separate children's pool.
The Rapids consists of 3 pools with a cascade pool, an exciting sunken pirate ship and the rapids — a giant water slide which will shoot you into the water. For little ones there's a fantastic water play area featuring a pirate ship with a smaller slide and a friendly crocodile.
