I made arrangement right away. Due to schedule conflicts, I had to made schedule changes twice and he was very accommodating. We finally got to the dealership and Ahmad was right there. He gave us a great introduction of the vehicle and we got on the road. He showed us the collision warning features and directed us through busy traffic. He gave us all the incentives that he could give and we were very satisfied with the deal, so we went through the paper work quickly. Oh, and I had to finance through them to get that price. He did not mention any of this information over the phone. The salesman kept saying I had already received the actual prices, that he emailed them to me. I knew this was rubbish he never sent me the prices for the car so I told him to show me the email. He heads out to the other room and comes back with a printed out email.
