Is my deposit refundable? About a week before the party, I received an email confirmation with all the details, and a few days prior I received a phone call to make sure everything was good yup! Then it was time for the big day! Jeremy checked us all in, collected waiver forms and provided Sky Socks for all the party jumpers. The kids were super excited and already jumping around ready to go! Jeremy also checked what kinds of pizzas we wanted. Then he took all the kids to our private jumping area — one of the dodgeball courts — where there was also a staff member provided to supervise.

The kids bounced around for an hour, tossed balls back and forth, and were even able to go to the foam pit nearby which is basically what it sounds like — a big foam pit kids can bounce into! Right on the hour, Jeremy took us to our private party room, which was all ready for us with pizzas, cake, plates, silverware and drinks. They also keep all the shoes and gifts together on a cart for you. Then it was cake time.
BASIC PARTY
Jeremy put the candles on, brought it out, and we all sang Happy Birthday to Thor! We had cake, and then it was time to open all the presents. Everything moved along quickly and smoothly — and we were done right on time!
Our overall experience was very positive! Most of the parents stayed with their kids throughout the party which I recommend having parents do and were also impressed with Sky Zone, telling me how well they do parties here. In the party room, several of the kids asked me if they could go jumping again — unfortunately we were done with our jumping time but it just shows how much fun it is — they could jump and jump all afternoon! Our package was the Supreme Air package which was for up to 25 jumpers but there are options for smaller parties, too. Have fun!
