The taste is also the best I've ever had, the chocolate is my personal favorite. But mixed with a cup of coconut milk, a banana, and 2 scoops of peanut butter, gives you a 1, calorie shake. It also makes me more hungry during the day, helping to add even more calories. The only side effect is, it has a stimulant effect on me. Now I drink a pot of coffee a day, but after this shake I feel completely wired. My daughter is high ADHD so has to take medicine during school.
While the medicine helps her focus, it also suppresses her appetite and she has been losing weight, slow but sure. She lost enough weight that her doctor said if it keeps up, she'd have to discontinue her medicine. She's also VERY active in sports so it's doubly hard to keep weight on. Serious Mass to the rescue!
