The seats were very small. I'm an average ish size 14 and was very uncomfortable on this plane, especially sitting in the last row.

Pros: It was an efficient and comfortable ride. The entertainment system work properly. I would have like if my chair could recline; however, outside of that, it was a good flight. Cons: The ability for my seat to recline would have made it a much more comfortable flight. Cons: Terminal 5 TSA closes at p when there are still many flights for many hours later. The people working at the gates, shops and food court were all sullen and unwelcoming. The tap water in the food court is yellow.

There was no entertainment available on the flight from AMS to SVO, but definitely more leg room then the newer airplanes. No having entertainment available made it a very long flight. Pros: The plane arrived in Atlanta ahead of time and thus we were able to start boarding earlier than usual. The gate agent kept the process in order and moved the boarding process along nicely. The pilots also got us to Baton Rouge 28 minutes ahead of schedule which was appreciated.
