My guess is their support is on leave due to Eid and not looking at it. It is working again today morning. I am getting the same message — server busy or network since last 3 -4 days.

Because of this I surrendered my connection on 28 dec 13,but stil waiting for refund. Sometimes its better not review anything because you have idiots everywhere. Waste; First I bought btv box from eba from Canada, I recieved after few monthes after so many email. It worked very slow and freezes constantly, it worked 4 monthes, now it saying your subscription expired, I tried to customer service no response. It is waste of your hard earned money. Do not buy this junk, rest is on you. I bought a BTV box several months ago. Anyone spending more than dollars on un-workable electronic box please rethink waisting your money.
The Btv box sellers and manufacturer have to fix their crappy products. This product will go down the drain soon. I have had this for just over a year and nothing but issues. The movie offerings are a joke and dramas are not arranged in correct sequence so it becomes a guessing game.
Is there a deceny competitor out there? Not sure. Currently i just resorted to streaming content off the net using a dedicated mini pc. I am trying to call customer service since 2 weeks by now most of the yime i call they never response and when they response they says wait 30 min your tv box will be ready to work but i am still struggling with this doggy customer service and the produce please people before you but this crap think times coz money is not coming to your pocket for investing to buy this trash.

Stop buying this product do market research and buy. Hi neviblue 28 I would like to buy the jadoo box. I am calling for tech support, nobody is responding. Really a bad customer service, rather not at all.
