They charge too much for used books and buy back too low. Most of my books did not offer buyback. They partner with my high school but not all of my books were available from MBS and so were not listed in the book list they generated after I entered our class list.

Buyer Beware. They say they have "Hassle Free Returns" - What they don't tell you that if you return the book and use their pre-paid shipping label - it may cost you almost as much as your book. Customer service told me not to use their shipping label and they will not charge me the shipping cost. I should receive my full refund.
