It was a blustery day, not the kind of day I would have wanted to be on a rooftop, but this technician found his way to the top and repaired my roof in little time. He was definitely professional in his manner and even showed concern for the interior of my home by putting on boot covers prior to coming in to see the site of the water intrusion.
I appreciated the company text messages making sure I was going to keep the appointment and that someone would be home. This company seems to be concerned with customer satisfaction. My past experience with other roofers has not been as favorable. It doesn't cost anything to be pleasant and my technician, Justin Y. I would do business with this company again.
They also honored a coupon for a discount! In pouring rain and nasty winds Justin climbed a tall ladder to reach a large piece of metal sheeting that had been blown away from the wood fascia on the steepest area on our roof. He fixed it perfectly. He was friendly, professional, skilled and courteous. From now on, if we have any roofing problems, we will call PJ Fitzpatrick immediately. Their charge was reasonable and their prompt response to my call probably saved us from having the metal fly off the roof in the high winds and possibly injury someone passing below on the front walk.
Justin Young came out to investigate a roof leak. He found the problem and listed my options. We agreed on a fix and he accomplished the repair in good time. He is straight forward and honest. Highly recommended.

Got the job done!! I had a good experience working with this company. On his first visit, Justin explained what my options were in repairing or replacing my gutters and their estimates. They were not pushy at all. I decided to repair them and I'm very happy with Justin's work. Justin did a great job. He is acustomer oriented and did all he could to resolve my problem of a roof repair in the middle of a house inspection for the sale of my house.
I explained that I needed it repaired as soon as possible to satisfy all parties involved , house buyer and seller. That is what happened. I am very appreciative of how he handled the job. No problems! Justin was knowledgeable and efficient, and made a correct diagnosis of my problem. He even felt sorry for me with the extent of the issue! He immediately called the company and they set up an appointment for a free estimate to actually do the work. Justin was very knowledgeable and professional.

Justin delivered just what I expected from a PJ Fitzpatrick service call. He knew what the problem was, explained the options and got it done without hassles. He was happy to have me join him on the roof and explain exactly what he was doing and why. The roof repair held up really well through 3 winter months of heavy winds and storms. This company ended up performing the roof replacement and deducting the amount of the repair from the replacement estimate. I contacted PJ Fitzpatrick to come to my home to review and discuss the best option to repair a leak around the flashing of my flue stack on the roof.
Justin Young arrived as scheduled and we both went onto the roof to determine the cause of the leak and the best option to correct the leak. Justin was very professional and three options were discussed. A minor repair was selected by me which should address the issue. PJ Fitzpatrick service personnel are well trained and take the time in explaining the problem and what cost solutions exist. I would recommend PJ Fitzpatrick due to their experience personnel.
