His face, along with his siblings was priceless when we arrived. This place is just stunning and truly magical! We only wish we could stay longer. We will definitely return with our son so he can experience all the charm of West Lexham. We would love to see it in the summer so that's another reason to be back. The converted barn works as a delightful yoga studio, with its underfloor heating. Jeanette and Simon were wonderful hosts - we were totally up for Simon's tree hugging! There were 23 of us and we had the best time!
Treehouses
The barn accommodation was just lovely, the facilities were brillinat and the grounds beautiful. We were so well looked after by Jeanette and Simon. We hope to be back in the summer to sample the yurts! In winter it has been so warm and welcoming. We stoked the wood burning stove, cooked, drank wine and played board games.
Next morning birds greeted us in the tree canopy. It was dusk and we arrived to the lantern parade and fireworks! We would love to be back again. What an amazing place! The tree house was just incredible. It far exceeded our expectations and had absolutely everything we could possibly need! The outdoor kitchen was an amazing and we spent a fun evening making friends, making pizza in the pizza oven and huddled around the pit eating toasted marshmallows!
We simply couldn't have asked for anymore! Wandering around the grounds and rowing around the lake was just perfect for rest and relaxation! A perfect place to escape the demands of daily life.

We honestly could not have hoped for a better weekend; we knew the venue was fantastic but experiencing it with all our friends and family just seemed to make it shine even brighter. The help and support from Laura in the run up to it all was indispensable, and we were very grateful for the reassuring presence of Jeanette and Simon over the weekend itself!
We have heard nothing but awe and praise from all our guests about the venue and expect that you may get some repeat custom; Nick and I are already planning a return a few years down the line! What a beautiful setting for a retreat. The rooms are very comfortable, the facilities are lovely - the dining room, yoga space and kitchen. We managed to be shown around the gardens and lake by Simon - what a perfect setting for peace and tranquillity. We had the wedding party to end all wedding parties!

Each lodge has under-floor heating, a log burner and for that extra bit of luxury you have your very own private Swedish hot bath on the decking area outside. The treehouse has under floor heating, private bathroom and a kitchen kitted out with all the equipment you need. You also have your very own hot tub with a huge gas barbecue, table and chairs and a swinging sofa and loungers to stargaze. A serene space with ample living area. Wood burner for those colder evenings. Laid Back Luxe. We have designed the roof to be clear on the north side and shaded on the south giving a wonderful feeling of space, and in the evenings the led lighting gives a cosy ambience.
You have your own kitchenette and dining table with all utensils supplied. Step outside onto your private decking with BBQ area. You have your own private terrace with a heated jacuzzi, the perfect way to relax and listen to the birds sing in the trees around you. All the beds are made on arrival and we have a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials you'll need for your stay.
