My husband and I always book The Grill at The Dorchester to celebrate birthdays, wedding anniversaries and special treats and this week was my birthday. Without fail the food was excellent, so tasty, perfectly cooked and beautifully presented, in fact we cannot fault anything. Not very good always we have celebrated at the Grill The his time it was Eldest daughter Birthday last Monday.
As usual the staff were a1. As soon as we were served with bread we noticed flies buzzing on the table. We did not complain as it had been an ordeal to get to the Dorchester. WE tried to book a table for 7. As my Daughter works in Chertsey Surrey and finishes at 5. The food was not up to the standard we were used to, If it was not for the staff I would never go back nor recommend the Grill to any one, I must as we wanted to stay for after drinks, The manager in charge reserved a table outside and looked after us.
It was amazing although I have only just noted I was charged for an extra champagne that should have been included with the menu.
